THE SISTER CITIES OF LOS ANGELES INTERNATIONAL ART EXHIBIT

At the 15th Annual Los Angeles Art Show, the Sister Cities of Los Angeles will exhibit the works of artists representing many of the 25 international cities.

The exhibit's primary focus will be the Sister City of Berlin and the Wende Museum & Archive of the Cold War. The Wende, based in Culver City, California, is the largest cold war archive in the world. In November 2009, the Museum presented "The Wall Project," the largest celebration of the 20th Anniversary of the Fall of the Berlin Wall outside of Berlin.

The Wende's contribution to the Sister Cities exhibit at the Los Angeles Art Show will include works by renowned artists Shepard Fairey and Thierry Noir produced specifically for "The Wall Project."

A selection of Sister Cities art to be featured at the L.A. Art Show.
